HPP: Assembling and Coordinating Your Personal Care Team Webinar

On October 30, 2019 Soft Bones held a webinar featuring Drs. Jill Simmons and Kathryn Dahir from Vanderbilt University Medical Center as they explain how to assemble and manage an HPP personal care team. HPP requires engagement of multiple specialists and patients can struggle with coordinating between physicians. Beginning with an HPP overview “including a discussion about genetics”, Dr. Simmons and Dahir will then discuss the different types of specialists to consider in comprehensive HPP care, including frequency of visits and best way to coordinate between specialists.
