Every year, Soft Bones hosts a number of events. These events serve not only to raise HPP awareness, but to bring together the community. Spanning the calendar from Autumn to Summer, with both in person and virtual outings available. There is something for everyone.

Golf & Pickleball Classic

September 28th, 2026
Join us for a day of friendly competition and community, all while supporting people living with hypophosphatasia (HPP). The Golf & Pickleball classic are held at Somerset Hills Country Club. Whether you’re teeing off, playing pickleball, or cheering from the sidelines, your presence and generosity amplify hope for families battling HPP.

Denim & Diamonds

Get your cowboy boots and dance for a great cause!  Enjoy live music, fresh food, dancing, and a silent auction. All proceeds go to Soft Bones to raise HPP Awareness. Learn more!

National Patient Meeting

June 26th-27th, 2016
An informative gathering where individuals and families affected by HPP can connect, share experiences, and learn directly from leading experts in HPP. There is no registration fee to attend the meeting. Limited travel grants are available. Register today!

Cannonball 5k

The Cannonball 5K Run, Roll, or Stroll is run by Soft Bones during the month of October. You can complete the 5K in a single day or pace yourself to hit your goal over the course of the month or choose to support an active participant. We hope you enjoy the challenge and encourage your friends and family to participate. Together we can make a difference in the lives of people living with HPP! Learn more!

World HPP Day

October 30th, 2026
World HPP Day falls on October 30th, and is a time for the HPP community to come together and raise awareness about hypophosphatasia. On this day, we celebrate the progress we’ve made, but recognize how far we still have to go in understanding the impact of low alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in the body and how it can go undetected for many years.
