Soft Bones Teen Advisory Council (TAC) is a support and advocacy group for teens who have been diagnosed with hypophosphatasia (HPP) or love someone with HPP. From creating blog/podcast/social media content, to communicating with local politicians, to hosting fundraising events, there are numerous ways for you to get involved and contribute your unique talents! All teens are welcome to participate. This program is based in the United States and the main language of communication is English.
